You can make a healthy diet at work
You need to eat at your job every day does not mean you can not have a proper diet, allowing you to pamper your body and your health. With a little will and a little guidance in this regard, you can fulfill your workday while you make ahealthy diet .
Firstly you should not skip meals. This does not mean that you will lose weight and will be more prone to eating untimely foods rich in sugar and calories. Also, try to eat slowly and chew food thoroughly. This will prevent you from overeating while having better digestion.
If you eat regularly add a lot of fiber (salads and whole grains) as it will be healthy and will satisfy you. You can also add vegetables: they are a good source of vitamins. On the other hand, avoid dishes like potato salad, macaroni with mayonnaise or sausages. Also avoid fatty sauces and dressings, desserts or cakes and replace it with fruit.

Bring the food prepared for their work in containers with dividers so you can get a salad in a bowl and the meat in another. Opt for low-fat meats that are cooked and steamed or roasted.
Choose dairy desserts, but make sure they are free of grease. One last tip: eat every 4 or 5 hours. That way you will stay awake and active.
