Therefore, a food like butter provides more calories than a piece of chicken breast (in equal amounts), simply because the butter provides two times more calories than protein from chicken.

This does not mean that you should avoid fats because the good fats are crucial to the harmonious functioning of the body. What is needed is a prudent and moderate whole and healthy food consumption, which provides the necessary nutrition without increasing the account beyond caloric intake. Ideally satisfying eat foods that do not gain weight, in order not to increase the calorie intake.
